You can shop at Sii Capo without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

At Sii Capo we aim for a quick turnaround! Orders will be processed on the next business day. However please allow 4-6 weeks on ordered garments. 

All Accessories 5-7 working days Nationally. Internationally 10-14 Days

We offer complimentary nationally shipping via Australia Post or UPS on all Australian orders.      

Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with shipping details and a tracking number.

We offer three shipping options:

• FREE - Standard Shipping Australia Wide for orders over $150
• A $30 standard shipping rate applies for orders under $150 to Australia and Worldwide

Please note, by selecting Express Shipping it does not expedite your manufacturing time.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@siicapo.com.au within 24 hours of making order.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.

If you have registered with us, you can follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting my account followed by order status.

Please click login/register from the homepage. If you have forgotten your password, click "forgot password" and follow the steps. 

You may return any non-final-sale product ordered on the sii capo website for refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). the original invoice must be provided with any return.

Sale merchandise is final sale. we do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on purchased sale items.

All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

If your item is faulty please email info@siicapo.com.au with images of the fault and our team will advise you on how to make the return.

We will not accept items back that have been damaged by yourself after wear and tear, this includes but is not limited to a broken button, loose zipper, torn fabric and shrunken items.

To return a product, login to your account to request a returns merchandise authorization (rma) or contact customer service at info@siicapo.com.au.

Packaging and return expenses are not covered by Sii Capo for change of mind returns.

Please allow 2-4 business days once you return has been delivered for it to be processed. Once we have processed your refund for a returned item we will email you to notify you. From that point it should take around 2-3 business days before your money returns back to your card/account that you paid with.

For Afterpay refunds, Afterpay may just reduce the amount of the payment schedule that is outstanding, or if you have already paid for the garments in full, they will refund the amount within 48 hours.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Simply email us at info@siicapo.com.au with the relevant information below, and we will do our best to respond to you and rectify your issue as soon as we can:

• A proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement, Sii Capo account details, or if nothing else a date and location of purchase)
• A brief description of the damage that has occurred on your garment (Photos of the damage are helpful also)
• A brief outline of the uses, frequency of use and care practices relating to the garment.
• All relevant contact information.

AfterPay orders can be returned. 

Once we receive your parcel we will process a refund as normal, and after 2-4 business days Afterpay will issue your refund directly. 

Seam allowance is the area between the fabric edge and the stitching line on two pieces of material being sewn together. Seam allowances are at ¹⁄₄ of an inch .

Long Range fit is longer in the sleeve and body length, with Regular being the average size.

Once you process your payment through Afterpay on the Sii Capo website, you have a direct agreement and payment plan with Afterpay, NOT Sii Capo.

If you are a NEW Afterpay customer, they will deduct the first 25% payment immediately, and subsequent payments each fortnight over the next 6 weeks.

If you are an existing Afterpay customer, no money will be taken at purchase. The first 25% payment will be deducted 2 weeks after the order date and subsequent payments each fortnight over the remaining 6 weeks.

Afterpay will provide their own emails and notifications alerting you when payment is due to be taken. ALL contact regarding payment should be made directly to Afterpay.

Sii Capo stores and holds Information electronically and/or in hard copy. We will take reasonable steps to store and hold Information in a secure and restricted manner and to protect Information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Access to your Information is limited to those individuals who require such access in order to perform their duties and responsibilities. Any Information held by a third party storage provider is done so under a contractual obligation of confidentiality and non-disclosure.

While the Website has secure password and transaction protections in place, you should be vigilant and note that there are inherent risks associated with transmitting Information via the internet. This means we cannot guarantee that data transmission will be 100% secure or safe from attack from unauthorised intruders and no data protection or security measure is completely secure, particularly in relation to online transmissions. You must take care to ensure you protect your Information (for example, by protecting your usernames and passwords) and you must notify us as soon as possible after you become aware of any security breaches.
